My soon-to-be daughter-in-law was making the final choices on her favourite dress for the special day.  Moments and memories that deserve to be captured and preserved.  For this two page scrapbook project I wanted to capture that this gal loves bling!  I also wanted to keep the colours neutral so it will fit in with any wedding colour she chooses.  In the end I think that neutral on neutral look helped give this project an elegant look.     This bling was created by using the rose lace, then layering silver glitter ribbon onto it, then topping it off with a ribbon of white pearls. See the links below to shop for these beautiful ribbons.   The chipboard title was first painted white.  Next I used the Emboss It Dauber to cover the entire chipboard surface.  Next sprinkle white embossing powder and heat set.  Add another layer of Emboss It Dauber to the entire chipboard surface.  Sprinkle Holographic Embossing Powder, shake off the excess powder, and heat set.  Now you have some nice sparkle!  For extra bling on the "Yes" portion of this chipboard title, I applied liquid glue that dries clear.  Then I sprinkled Silver Halo Glitter onto the wet glue and allowed that to dry.  The Silver Halo Glitter is part of the Encrusted Jewel Kit Blue. The photo mats are cut from Silver Glitter Cardstock.  Yes, that is a lot of bling on this project.  And so fun to work with so much sparkle! To create this project you will need the items shown in the pictures below.  Click on each link to purchase the item now.                              Next time you visit Scrap & Bean, look for this project on display in our Wedding section.   Happy Crafting!
